Hello moto-fans!
In the first seconds of the season when Rossi crashed on Jerez turn 1 we knew we'd be in for a wild ride...
But even I have been astonished at the level of excitement of motoGP 2006!
If anyone has a chance of de-throning the Doctor, it is our boy Nicky. Rossi is nibbling away at Hayden's lead, and it is my prediction that Laguna Seca will be a crunch race.
At last years' triumphant return to the USA, I had the pleasure of shaking Nicky's hand before the race and telling him he wsa going to take it... And of course he took my advice and went on to a glorious victory! Ataboy!
So this year, a Nicky victory at Laguna Seca will mount an even greater challenge to the reigning world champion to defend his title.
And lets not forget the astounding performances of our other American motoHeros, Edwards, Hopkins and of course hats off to Kenny Jr!
Laguna Seca is one of the world's favourite circuits, and this race is sure to be a stunner!
