Dear MotoGP Fan :
With the cancelation of Hungary, we have set up new packages at the Motorland Aragon substitute MotoGP.
This will be a truly unique event as a one-off; and the venue looks amazing - a newly constructed 'City of Motors' with several circuits, Karting, museums and much more. We will be taking an optional Friday tour just to check it all out!
Last year in anticipation of this possibility, we reserved a number of rooms in the top hotel in the region - the incredible Parador de Alcaniz, a 12th century hilltop castle just 6 km from the track.
We are offering an all-inclusive package with Friday opening reception and guest speaker, Saturday dinner in town (or alternative VIP dinner inside the paddock with Team Gresini), Sunday closing party. We will of course offer all tickets and VIP Village; as well as Team Experience packages.
The package includes:
* 3 (or more) nights B&B
* Thursday 'happy hour' for early arrivals
* Friday opening party (drinks, dinner, special guest speaker)
* Saturday night dinner (optionally in the MotoGP paddock)
* Sunday night closing party
* Track transfers Saturday and Sunday (optionally on Friday)
* Dedicated guide throughout, including at least one Spanish speaker
* Special Aragon MotoGP merchandise
We can organise airport pickups and other private transfers. Look at Reus, Zaragoza or Barcelona airports. See our map on www.polepositiontravel.com/aragon/2010/info.htm
The cost is EUR 845 / GBP 755 / USD 1125 without tickets per person based on 2 sharing for a double/twin room. We also have a few split-level suites. We expect grandstand tickets to be similar to other Spanish events (guessing around 120 EUR) and VIP Village is EUR 915 / GBP 820 / USD 1215 (all at today's exchang rates, prices are fixed in EUR)
As a number of places are already held by those formerly booking Hungary, we have very limited availability left; we strongly urge you to reserve a place immediately. If the package shows sold out, contact us anyhow, we have some reserve self-cartering units in a village not far away.

Hope to see you there!
