Our 2009 MotoGP catalogue is bigger and better than ever! With several packages ranging from 3* Classic to full-on 5* deluxe/VIP at most events to choose from; and of course full VIP Village not to mention our private hospitality at several events, we have something for all budgets.

We have all events now online and bookable (see below for suggestions); but if you don't see what you want, contact us and we will fix you up with a tailored quotation!

2009 Season Preview

Here is a rough guide to some of our favourite packages for each event in 2009. Most events will have further options.

You may purchase just tickets, or a complete package.

ALL packages include 3 nights accommodation with breakfast, track transfers on qualifying and race days, opening party, access to our expert guides, secure bike parking, and our programme and useful advice. Your main choice is quality level:

Classic - 3* hotels, good value, event ball cap
Superior - upgrade to 4* with better facilities, rooms and one of our coveted event polo shirts
Deluxe - total care in the best hotel in town; airport collection, VIP guide, and a special gift in addition to our groovy shirt and cap
Special - total care package with dinner, bed breakfast and a unique hotel setting (a castle in Brno, Chateau in France, 15th century hotel in Portugal, many more)

Regardless of level however, as long as you are on one of our packages, you will be invited to our opening party, with special guests from the world of MotoGP!

For all packages you may choose any ticket from standing area to VIP. Benchmark prices are in EUR (the GBP equivalent as of the date of this newsletter is provided) per person based on 2 sharing; with the packages/tickets recommended. These are not always our least expensive options - just what we consider best value.

HUNGARIAN MOTOGP 18-20 SEP 09

With our main base of operations not too far away in Prague, you can imagine how excited we are about the new round in Hungary! We have already developed our packages for the event; chief being all-inclusive from the moment you land at Budapest. Ticket information is not yet known; and the event has not been formally confirmed. We are accepting bookings now, with no deposit payable until final confirmation is received!

Certain events we have especially good VIP facilities and programmes: Qatar, Mugello, Catalunya, Laguna Seca, Donington, Brno, Indianapolis, Phillip Island, Sepang. We have private VIP facilities at most of these (or in the case of Sepang you get excellent paddock access)

ClubGP - Getting Inside MotoGP

A MotoGP in the Paddock & Pits. Join our exclusive ClubGP and spend time with one of our sponsored teams. Members are also on our most exclusive mailing list for very special opportunities (for example, members had first opportunity for the Randy Mamola rides at Donington this year). This is the only way to truly get 'behind the scenes'

ROOKIES CUP 2009

We are the appointed travel partners for the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup. Apart from the opportunity to meet some of these up-and-coming champions in person, it is a great opportunity to get into sponsorship & support of the kids!

JEREZ TEST 28-29 MARCH 2009

Are you interested in attending the official IRTA test in Jerez 28-29 March? We will be there and will be able to take along a very few of our customers to join us at the track and in the paddock with our sponsored teams. Our package will be for 3 nights in Jerez with transfers, paddock admission, and probably many beers. We will base the price on the final numbers attending but will be no more expensive (and likely less) than an ordinary Classic package. Please contact us to request a place.
