8.11.07 Announcing 2007 motoGP VIP Village pre-launch sales

Dear motoGP enthusiast --

This announcement is only going to our 2006 VIP Village customers and a few people who have enquired about VIP and corporate hospitality for 2007.

This morning Dorna released the final confirmed VIP Village schedule and price list; we have now put these all live into our online booking system.

On 15.Nov we will be launching most of our products to the general public. Until then, we wish to give you an exclusive opportunity to pre-book VIP Village before the rush hits.

Please be aware that at the moment we are innundated with requests. If you have written to us, we will respond with a formal quotation in time (and please accept our apologies for not getting back to you sooner.) However you can short-circuit the process by placing an online booking. Online bookings get priority (and we waive handling fees!); and when we are in a position to quote full packages, VIP Village ticketholders will pre-empt all other enquiries and later bookings.

Please bear in mind when booking that your card is used as a guarantee only; we do not charge it immediately. If you have further requests, it is best to email us and quote your boking reference number.

We are very pleased to launch our full set of packages for the first event, Qatar 2007 on 10.March. This is the first time the new 800cc motoGP bikes will be fighting it out, the first chance to see the new teams and lineups (and in VIP you really DO see them, since the teams outnumber the spectators!)

And generally we think Qatar is a very cool place... Planning a dune-bashing desert safari to keep us in action.
