We are delighted to announce that in 2012 we will be expanding our product set for full VIP, hospitality and corporate experiences at Motorcycle events.

More details on each will be going out our our conventional channels (web, email list, facebook) but this is a heads up for our most valued customers. We skip all the fancy graphics just to bring you the straight scoop!

2011 saw a substantial increase in our VIP bookings.  Highlights included:

• Sell out of TWO private VIP suites (total 90 people) at the Mugello MotoGP.  Many of these customers also made it to our huge joint party Friday with LCR Honda at a Medici castle!
• Sell out of our private hospitality at Silverstone MotoGP (as well as the largest group at the VIP Village). Many made our Friday party featuring almost ALL the British riders.
• Sell out of our private 'Pole Position Club' hospitality (50 people) at Laguna Seca; and substantial increase in the VIP Village sales there.
• Sell out of our private VIP Village suite at Sepang MotoGP (60)
• Sell out of our allocation (40) of VIP Village at Phillip Island MotoGP several months before the event.
• Improvement to our hospitality at our flagship event Brno MotoGP in partnership with Brno circuit to make this the best value hospitality unit of the year!
• Substantial increase in out MotoGP Team experiences with teams San Carlo Honda Gresini, and added in 2011: LCR Honda and Cal Crutchlow. Even greater increase in our 125/Moto2 team experiences through our riders Jakub Kornfeil, Danny Webb, Brad Binder and Kev Coghlan and their respective teams.  All told we had over 100 people spending a day or weekend as team guests at all events.
• Introduction of VIP 'insider' tours to the MotoGP Tests
• Special guests at our various hospitality units in 2011 included: Cal Crutchlow, Colin Edwards, Karel Abraham, Toni Elias, Marco Simoncelli, Danny Webb, Brad Binder, Jakub Kornfeil, Jim Redman, Steve Parrish, Giacomo Agostini, Neil Spalding, Julian Ryder and others...
• Launch of our World Superbike programme; and already one of the largest resellers of the super Club VIP at SBK and awesome team experiences which put guests right on the pit lane!

For 2012 we would like to draw your attention to some very special opportunities:

 

• We have launched a new super VIP tour to the Isle Of Man TT! This is a long-held dream! More...
• We are running 'insider' tours to the official MotoGP tests at Sepang (31/1 - 2/2) and Jerez (23-25 Mar)
• In a few days we will be launching a exclusive tours to the Colin Edwards Texas Tornado Boot Camp both following Laguna Seca MotoGP and preceeding Indianapolis MotoGP. You can get an exclusive preview of this here...
• We have re-booked our suite for the Mugello MotoGP - sales already strong! 
• We will have a PRIVATE VIP Village suite at Laguna Seca. The best view in MotoGP! Customers also will have access to our Pole Position Club on the finish line which we are also repeating.  We have already sold nearly 50% of the places in the Laguna VIP Village suite! • We will be repeating our private VIP Suite at Sepang.  Our guest speaker at our opening party was Colin Edwards. A riot. See our YouTube videos
• Our second-strongest selling VIP Village (after Laguna) is Phillip Island. Please book early as we are certain to sell out. 
• We have expanded our allocation with both our MotoGP and Moto2/3 teams to offer top Team Experiences!
• We are introducing Thursday Evening 'Insider Nights' to most European rounds - tour a MotoGP paddock, pit, meet the team and learn more about the inner workings of MotoGP. Deeply discounted if booked with a package which includes Thursday night.
• We will shortly be announcing a fantastically exciting tie-up with a team in World Superbike for a season of real behind-the-scenes action and fun! We will also be offering some incredibly exclusive opportunities to get on the track, in the pace cars and even on the start grid! Absolutely the best value for money for VIP/Corporate motorcycle events!  We will be at all the SBK events this year! 
• Speaking of SBK, we are doing a very special tour to the new Russian round of SBK! Apart from being there in force, we will be offering a 'Trans Siberia' tour to the first international motorcycle event in Russia in the modern era!

Of course we will have top staff at ALL MotoGP and SBK events, bringing you far closer to the action, the riders, and 'the buzz'! Remember - we always have our OWN staff INSIDE each VIP Village and hospitality unit we offer.  We have THREE permanent paddock passes in our company (which is generally 3 more than most competitors), and taken with our extensive sponsorships, partners and contacts means NO ONE will get you closer!

 

Pole Position Travel to offer Formula 1 in 2012: We will shortly be announcing a partnership with another agency that closely follows our philosophy of total customer service, but in F1. This will enable us to include F1 tours and tickets on their own or as part of a multi-event itinerary! If you are thinking of going to an F1, give us a shout!
